Free Queen anti-Aids concert at Ster-Kinekor today
Ster-Kinekor theatres will screen the Queen + Paul Rodgers 3D mega-concert, Let the Cosmos Rock, across the country.
The concert, featuring a selection of Queen's greatest hits in ‘larger-than-live' 3D format, will be screened at five Ster-Kinekor Classic cinemas at 8pm on 12 December 2008. The sites are Sandton City and The Zone in Johannesburg, Brooklyn Mall in Pretoria, Gateway in Durban and Cavendish in Cape Town.
The free concert was held in Kharkov's Freedom Square in the Ukraine on 12 September 2008, in support of Ukraine's anti-Aids campaign. It ties with World Aids Day on 1 December.

8 p.m. Irish rock and roll band, the Answer, will
be headlining along with
& Pride Parade. Admission that night will be $5 or
a new, unopened toy that will be given to the
“Toys for Tots” program.
There will also be a raffle drawing that will include
a free pair of AC/DC tickets
to their show the next night in
